An operating system, not a chatbot

Fusepay has launched Fuse360 in the Seychelles, an AI-native operating system designed to replace the digital fragmentation that defines small and medium-sized commercial businesses. The platform doesn't simply layer a virtual assistant on top of existing processes: artificial intelligence acts as the central engine coordinating inventory, invoicing, customer credit, collections, and reseller relationships.

Where the idea came from

The company, headquartered in the Seychelles, was founded by Vidhyasahar Thiyagarajan and Francesco Rocchi. Both come from family business backgrounds: Thiyagarajan from a Seychelles enterprise running for over 35 years, Rocchi from a family wholesale operation with more than 13 years of history. Firsthand exposure to manual invoicing, paper records, and unreconciled books steered product development toward solving operational fragmentation, identified as the core problem ahead of payments alone.

Platform architecture

Fuse360 brings inventory management, order processing, invoicing, customer credit, and collections together into a single infrastructure. Payment flows run through FusePay, the company's existing payment product, keeping invoices, balances, and supplier records automatically in sync.

AI agents built into the platform handle repetitive tasks: payment reconciliation, customer credit monitoring, reporting, and operational analysis. Direct access to invoices, stock movements, and payment histories allows the system to generate recommendations without requiring manual data transfer between separate applications.

Reseller portal and credit assessment

A dedicated module serves resellers, who can place orders, review invoices and statements, check outstanding balances, and communicate directly with suppliers through a single interface. The system also supports Know Your Business and Know Your Customer procedures for onboarding new commercial clients.

The standout feature is credit intelligence: an automated analysis of payment behavior, outstanding exposure, and transaction history, designed to support commercial credit decisions with structured data rather than discretionary judgment.

Licensing and expansion plans

Fusepay operates as a payment service provider licensed by the Central Bank of Seychelles. The company has raised over $350,000 in pre-seed funding from Hustle Fund, Everywhere Ventures, First Check Ventures, and Startup Istanbul.

Following the Seychelles launch in July 2026, expansion is set for Mauritius in September 2026, with entry into selected East and Southern African markets to follow by year-end. The company's stated goal is to connect wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and their commercial networks through a single AI-native infrastructure, at a time when intra-African trade continues to expand under the AfCFTA agreement.
